● Brief introduction
Ferro-molybdenum is made out of molybdenum and iron (molybdenum content: 50%~60%). As alloy additive in steel-making.
● Application
Ferro Molybdenum is used in some alloy steels. As additives to enhance the harden ability of steel .It’s propitious to eliminate temper embrittlement.In High-speed steel,Some Tungsten can be replaced by molybdenum.
Molybdenum and other alloying elements can be used in the production of Stainless steel, heat - resistant steel, acid - resistant steels and tool steels.and some alloys with special physical properties.
