WINE MAKING

Cold pellicular maceration (18 to 24 hours).

Fermentation low temperature and maturing on fine lees.

VISUALS LOOK

• Color is pale yellow with green sheens.
• This wine offers a very nice noise with powerful and fineness.
• Noise reveals fresh fruits aromas (citrus fruit…) and white flowers  notes are perceptibles.
• Mouth is straight with high persistence of aromas (lime…)
